Go Green with Online Statements

Are you tired of the paper clutter? Do you worry about identity theft? Are you concerned about the environment? The first step to solutions for all of the above….online statements!

Simply agreeing to receive your statements online will get rid of the paper clutter caused by paper statements; will help you protect your identity; and no trees will be used to create the online statements thus helping to save the environment.

Where do you go to agree to accept online statements? Within your account in the home-banking product you will see the tab “Online Statements” click it, it will explain to you that by giving your consent you will no longer receive paper statements, it also provides the software requirements to receive paperless statements and it confirms your email address.

Once you click the “I Consent” button. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you confirmed. If you do not see it within a few seconds in your in-box, please check “your spam or junk” box. The email will be from “hbkservice@terrafirmainc.net”, Western Illinois Credit Union’s software provider. Follow the directions within the confirmation email and you will instantly have available to you the statements on your account. To access the statements just go to your account online, click on the “online statements” and the statements will be there.

If you have questions or have difficulty with this process, please do not hesitate to contact Darin or Brenda at 309.298.2986.
